Q & A

You've got questions, we've got answers.

Let us help you with some common questions

Q

Do you bake gluten free products?

A

No, we do not offer gluten free products at this time.

Can we have our bread sliced?

A

No we do not slice your bread.

Your bread is still quite warm when it is packaged for delivery. A fresh loaf of bread should sit for at least 2 hours before slicing. We have found for perfect slices to let the bread sit for 24 hours. This gives the loaf time to firm up a little which aids in even cuts.

Q

Are your loaves vegan?

A

Yes. The only exception being the sourdough special and the focaccia.

Ingredients are listed on the menu page under each product name.

Q

Is your kitchen inspected by the public health unit?

A

Yes. I am baking from my home kitchen and it is inspected annually.

Q

Do you deliver door to door to a private residence?

A

No I am sorry we do not deliver to private residence's. Instead we have partnered with local complementary businesses in Grey/Bruce County that have graciously allowed us to use their storefronts as drop off locations.

Q

Can I freeze the pizza dough?

A

No. Freezing kills off the active yeast resulting in a flat dough. Once you bring your pizza dough home it can rest in the fridge for up to 5 days.
